Customer Satisfaction is important, if for some reason you aren’t pleased with your alpaca garment we offer exchange or a full refund.

Many people are unaware that ALPACA compares to cashmere and was once considered the fiber of the Gods.  ALPACA is superior to regular wool for its strength, durability, and insulating qualities. ALPACA is warmer than regular wool and tends to be somewhat naturally waterproof.  ALPACA garments and accessories with proper care should last a lifetime.  It has no lanolin or oils, this and the structure of the fiber account for the fact that unlike wool, ALPACA doesn’t feel itchy to most people.

ALPACAS are shorn once a year for their fiber.  There are 22 natural colors of ALPACAS and a rainbow of beautifully dyed yarns made from the fiber.  ALPACAS are endearing animals native to Peru, Chile and Bolivia.  These cousins of the llama, from the camelid family, are highly intelligent, easily trained and easily cared for.  Should you wish to learn more about ALPACAS or have an interest in our animal sales list, please feel free to contact us and arrange a visit.  We look forward to hearing from you.
