We are located in the beautiful rolling hills of southwest Nebraska, just 4 hours north of Denver off Highway 6. ( 5 hours east of Lincoln), 1 1/2 hours south of I-80 and 1 1/2 hours north of I-70. Any way you come, it’s a pleasant drive.
Directions: From Denver, take I-76 north to exit 225 at Sterling, take highway 6 east to Wauneta. Take first turn left in Wauneta (Arapahoe), go through town, take first right turn (Ave 347). Take first right (Rd 733) - follow creek road 7 miles, turn right at bend - the road leads into the driveway at Hat Creek Alpacas.
Coming from the east, take highway 6 to Hamlet, turn right, go over tracks, go 3 1/2 miles, turn left, follow creek road 3 1/2 miles, go straight at bend, road leads to driveway at Hat Creek Alpacas.
